.....got a new case for an older shower and this company do a lot of hard to get spare parts for a large variety of showers.

Used em before, good service. Ordered just after 2 on the friday and it was delivered just after 8 saturday morning.

Yes Shower Doctor are good but they charge for returns (15% or whatever). I think Shower Spares UK don't so I use them instead.

Was in parts centre the other day and they have a card on the counter saying they charge 25% !!!

Hmmm - I'd consider charging them 25% for my custom ...

Don't get me wrong, I think the 15% is probably justified but I'm sure items bought online are subject to a full refund with 7 days or something if you change your mind?
