I had a call today from a man asking to do a gas safety check on his appliances

i asked if he was renting out the property and he said no he was selling,

would i issue a gas safe certificate??

or just go and do the general checks or is there another cert stating that appilances are safe to use?

You can get Gas Safety Inspection forms which can be used for checking multiple appliances. Check the gassafe-direct website.
