Just wanted to come in and say a quick hello to you all.

I've been a plumber for more years than I care to remember but always always work on the basis that there's still plenty to learn. I'm quite stunned about the impact the web is having on my business, and this forum seems a smart place to come and learn from others like me.

I hope I can add value to the site and look forward to reading your thoughts, comments and ideas as well as hopefully having a bit of banter with everyone.
