advice on wiring ferroli external thermostat

hi peeps just in the process of fitting a wireless external thermostat do i need to disconnect the loop which is fitted to the wiring it has remove to fit the clock on a little tag but not sure if thats only if you use the built in clock or do i leave connected 🙄cheers

on a wireless room stat,just take out stat,link,cable
on a programmable room stat again take out stat,link ,cable,leave internal timeclock set perm on
