We are looking at a AGA Natural GAS oven-traditional flue, in addition to the oven what other equipment will I need to price in?, or have removed from our 7 year old wall mounted boiler (which is on the ground floor) with a balanced flue , the hot water tank is upstairs 1st floor, in order to run a central heating system off the aga, info appreciated

The criteria under which you can fit a non-condensing central heating boiler nowadays are very restricted. I would suggest that you start by talking to your local building control to see if you are allowed to do this. Some of the other contributors to this site may have come across this before and may therefore be better informed than I.......

Hi Sinex
Before you go to far check the output of the proposed Aga. You may find its sufficient to heat the hot water and perhaps one small rad. Good Luck
