Hi all, wonder if you could help me? Open vented system, one rad needs bleeding every other wk, been like this a few months?????

do u have any water coming from over flow[pipe sticking out side of house at high point]

Thanks for your reply. Not that i'm aware of no. Do you think it might just need draining down and cleaned?
