Alpha cb24

Hi
I've got an Alpha cb24. Heating works find but no hot water. Thought it might be flow switch but when I set the boiler to hot water only and I unclip the switch off the pipe and manually press it the boiler fires up but still no hot water so I think it may be the diaphragm ?
Any thoughts appreciated
