going later today to check boiler. customer saying hot water downstairs but only lukewarm upstairs. im thinking diverter, as its obviously switching because its getting lukewarm upstairs. wonder what you guys think?

Check the actuator on the diverter valve to see how far it's pushing the pin 🙂
Diaphragm and/ or flow switch!
Are they taking the temperature from the bath tap on full flow
Sadly it could be either, I'd replace both and have done with them for a while!thanks alpha man. could it still be flow switch if they are getting warm water. i thought if switch was faulty they would get nothing?

Have you checked switches with multimeter
So pin is lifting and microswitch is working,but theres a few other things it could be,check temperature at a low flow rate
