Alpha cd25c boiler problem

Hot water problem on my alpha cd25c boiler. Burner light C lights for 15 seconds then goes out for 15 seconds. Then on for 15 seconds so on and so on. I have replaced the flow switch and temp sensor. Does anyone have any ideas. cheers
