Hi,

I've done a bit on these boilers before but this one is being a right pain.

AAV has been changed due to it firing water everywhere, PCB also change it got a little wet! Diaphragm changed due to no hot water diaphragm was knackered to say the least. so Boiler fires up on heating works great, turn HW on whilst heating has been called for you get HW but if you turn the room stat off for no heating demand, HW on its own will not fire up boiler. Changed the little horse shoe shaped flow switch but still no luck.

Thinking diverter valve but not sure? Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks.

Seems an odd fault... If you pull the horseshoe off & push on the button it should fire & overide everything, did you try that?

Something else I was thinking! It seems to have gone in correctly but probably worth taking it out again, anything I should be aware of when re assembling? Cheers

This was actually the original symptom befor the AAV had a paddy. The system was extremely dirty probably 1 of the worst I've seen in a sealed system so not sure if this could be causing an issue also? I've flushed and added a cleaner to help it a little.
