Apprenticeship needed for NVQ level 3

I am coming towards the end of my city and guilds certificate in basic plumbing level 2 and I am beginning to look for an apprenticeship for my level 3 gas and heating as that is one of the requirementsof the college. I am a 20 year old male and very compitant. I am flying through the pratical and finding it very straight forward, with my work completed to the best standards. I can send CVs and references if needs be.

city and guilds tech cert or city and guilds nvq?

He said level 2 which is the NVQ. Tech cert isn't level 2 (though you do need it to do level 2).

tech cert is level 2 or level 3 mate, so is nvq. therefore saying you have a city and guilds doesnt say which
