Aqualisa Visage Digital - Operators Instructions

Evening all !

As usual get back and at 17.20 valued customer calls with a
problem.

Aqualisa go home early anyway on Fridays so -

Anybody got a spare Aqualisa Visage Digital manual - the unit
installed for 9 months or so has gone lala - flashing lights on the
remote on/off in the wet room and same on the outside master unit
.

Dippy customer retained and has lost the paperwork any
experience outthere ? I would like to get it going b4 Mon

I suppose I will just turn it on and off it all else fails

The green lights on the master switch and remote are flashing but the unit will not start - power on, h & c supplies fine

As said turn off ,leave a minute and turn back on and see what happens, however just call aqualisa in as still under cover, you do not need paperwork as they can tell how old shower in by serial number, have not dealt with for a while but used to have excellent after sales service

Sometimes customers have to wait, you diving in there trying to get working over the weekend could cost you dear if warrantee effected 🙁

i had two go in the same house. aqualisa told me to turn off unplug data cable leave for a few hours then switch back on. amazingly this fixed one of them. other had to have a new controller.
