ariston system a 30 rffi problem HELP PLZ !!!!

hi guys an gals im new to the site and have a problem with my boiler yes i know its ariston lol
boiler firing up from cold the temp shoots up to quick and cuts off with with error message no circulation in primary circut.
could be like this for hours and not fire at all and some days it could work fine for a few hours.
im not a plumber nor do i no anything about the boiler iv had a guy from ariston out to look and he said put a cleaner in tryed that with no luck.
also had other plumbers out that have been no use any help would be great thanks folks

:welcome: to the forum g4ry ... First thoughts or a dodgy pump! Works sometimes, slows down or stops others! The Ariston guy isn't wrong in considdering cleaning the heating out though! 🙂
