We are after a company to supply, install and liquid screed (assuming its better).
Weve had a quote from underfloor heating superstore (Birmingham), using Emmeti system which is so much cheaper than a builder/ plumber quoted that its made me nervous. They supply the pipe and screed.it (from Screed and Stone) fit and liquid screed, but dont do any electrics. Mmmm

Is 3 layer pipe ok or is 5 layer much better?
Id appreciate any thoughts on any of the above.
Its clearly something we don't want to get wrong.
