Assistance with nocn questions

Guys,

Can anyone help. I am trying to explore the web to identify some answers to NOCN Level 2 questions for my portfolio. I need to find out what is the most common problem with (oil, gas and solid central heating sytems)? I have looked in a plethora of sites but can't find a succint answer. I would appreciate any assistance.
