Auto airvent for domestic HW

Hi folks

Might be a silly question but would it work in any way to put an autoairvent on a DHW pipe like CH primary if the pipes were prone to airlocks?

Just a thought instead of ripping out and making horizontal or to correct falls?

It would work but why not just grade the pipes correctly.

Fair point just thought it'd be easier than trying to find the iffy pipe work that someone has done before?

If its only for charging the system or occasional use then fit bleed caps. Auto vents can get scaled up and leak on DHW.
