avanta 28c e10 fault

Hi all attended a job today to fit a pump for a avanta 28c booked by another engineer and its still coming up with e10 theres water in the system and pump spins during its 3 minute start up period fires for 1 second at end of 3 minutes then then locks out on e10,i was thinking maybe blocked air sepperator or is there a
ny other faults that cause this not listed in there manual
