Ok lads, any advice is much appreciated, went to a large 4 storey house today 4 bathrooms. Large bathroom 2nd floor backs onto boiler room with unvented in there. Bathroom has Hudson reed shower 4 body jets n shower head, from floor jet 1 good , jet 2 okay-ish ,jet 3 poor ,jet 4 a dribble shower head pitiful, 2.5 bar pressure incoming, was thinking of teeing into hot at furthest draw off point and pumped return back to cylinder with non return check valve , custard has had several diff lads in to sort it but to no avail, any ideas , thoughts or advice

I would put money on it the jets are installed wrong.
When you pipe up body jets should be linked in a circle type so can be fed from both sides to give even distribution, just sounds like it has been done wrong hence the first being good and then getting poorer as jets go on.

whats the flow rate like on the incomming mains?

all a secondary return will do is save wasted water, it wont improve the shower.

You need to answer AW question, what's the flow rate at the tap on the GF, if you whre putting in a booster pump you would be looking at 3.5 to 4 bar, let the tap run for 30 seconds before you start putting a bucket under it to time it
