Hi guys,i am looking to install a back boiler into my fireplace,i have a oil boiler and a sealed system. So by using a open vent and header tank for my back boiler where should i connect my flow and return from back boiler into my heating(sealed system)At the moment i have only a single coil indirect cylinder but goin to fit a dual coil indirect cylinder.I have put up a rough drawing,Is there anything i should change. Thanks all

A great many things that are much too complex for an internet forum!

You have shown all your cards on the table by mentioning joining into a sealed heating system.
Think of it this way, - could you fill your kettle with water and seal the lid & spout up completely & then put it on top of a fire to heat it up?
Get an engineer in.

If your in Southern Ireland you can do anything you want
If in uk it's a bit more complex
It can be done but it's not a simple solution like an open vented system

Put your head in fire and hands in the oil boiler turn both to max.

Clearly not got the understanding you should. Leave it alone. Get professional advice. Don't blow up house or poison anyone with carbon monoxide!
