And after not eating for 3 days bit was I ravenous! So far I've destroyed.

Lunch a ham and cheese pitta, chicken fajita wrap, 2 bags of crisp, an orange,apple and grapes,
Dinner, chicken chorizo pasta with olives sundried tomatoes and garlic bread
And I'm still looking in the cupboards.
