Got to call in to one of these bags of poo tomorrow morning!

only dealt with on the phone, she says fault code is no flame detected. The boiler is about 3 years old.
probably never been serviced.

im thinking service, clean ionisation sensor amd electrode, clean and check condensate?

anthing else that it could be, or will bite me.

Cheers

Check the gas valve is ok by monitoring outlet pressure when it tries to fire up, it should drop lively if valve is good , these gave trouble on earlier ones.

probably too late now, but there were problems with the gas valve (does it have a little green sticker on), gas valve normally needs recalibrating on a service, also there is an extra earth kit that can be retro fitted. (I used to work for baxi).

Hope it went ok

Hi
It was mainly just a clean of the ionisation sensor. Plus boiler wouldn't fire on full flame. ( wire off gas valve!
