baisi 28 boiler water not getting hot

hi i have a baisi 28 when i run the dhw it gets warm but not hot the boiler keeps cutting in and out if i turn the thermostat on the boiler up it just cut out more think it may be the temp prop any idears ?

I think your going to need a local gas safe registered engineer to come and have a look at that

It's not going to be a DIY fix

sorted it myself in the end it was a scald up heat exchanger took it out cleand it with kattle descaler cost me less than 6 pounds hasent been this good for years
