You could have water running in the house somewhere. A WC overflowing (for example) and there by drawing cold water into the house and causing condensation at the main stop tap. Check all WC's, dripping taps etc.Incoming supply valve has so much condensation in it. I've lagged the pipe and they are insulated houses and the supply is very cold . Is this nothing to worry about??
The bath tap is always open slightly for the cat... This will be the reason???You could have water running in the house somewhere. A WC overflowing (for example) and there by drawing cold water into the house and causing condensation at the main stop tap. Check all WC's, dripping taps etc.
One way to check is if you have a water meter, turn off all appliances etc in the property and see if the water meter is still clocking up (leave the mains on).
