Bath Tap Conundrum

I'm hoping someone can help a man out on this one.
Need to replace current bath taps but it's not an easy setup.
Taps are deck mounted on bath
Currently two taps.
Tap 1 - controls the temp
Tap 2 - is a 3 way but one is blanked off. Currently it switches bath on, switches overhead shower on, and off.
Need to replace like for like or can drill new hole for a third tap if easier - ie tap 1 temp, tap 2 turn bath on, tap 3 turn shower on.
Oh, the centres of the holes are 100mm currently.

I'm not a plumber, home owner trying to find the right product. I have a plumber looking but no breakthrough yet. I have spoken to 3 plumber merchants all haven't seen this setup before : (

Please post a photo of said existing tap. I take it there’s no brand on it?
