hey folks,
im new to the site, i did do a search but as im not too sure what im looking for i didnt get very far, anyway i have this set of taps in my bathroom
[DLMURL="http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_secondid=9986520&fh_view_size=150&fh_eds=%3f&fh_location=%2f%2fcatalog01%2fen_GB%2fcategories%3c%7b9372014%7d%2fcategories%3c%7b9372035%7d%2fcategories%3c%7b9372173%7d%2fspecificationsProductType%3dbath_shower_mixer_taps&fh_refview=lister&ts=1268765337120&isSearch=false"]Quattre Bath Shower Mixer Chrome, 0000003634462[/DLMURL]

the thing is, the mixer valve thingy wont work, its the wee knob in the middle of the taps wont stay in the right positition to make the shower part work, usually you pull the knob out and turn it round a little to make the shower come on, but at the minute its just popping back again,
my question is, can i buy the knob itself and replace it or do i have to replace the whole set of taps.
if it is a matter of replacing the knob, whats it called and could any1 recommend a place to buy one.

thanks in advance!!!

just noticed on the b and q site that these taps have a five year guarantee so might be worth contacting them
