anyone had the pleasure of using this, basin wastes with not enough thread to fit backnut, china all out of bonk on a toilet and cistern, have to use plumbers mait, after my experience of using this i would thoroughly avoid, anyone else agree, or are you the opposite!!!!!🙂

Bathstore was good stuff but has gone down hill over the last year or so, but its is still better than ikea there waste kits for basins are crap and will not fit standared pipes you have to mix and match bits to get anything like a usable waste

Had to fit a bath last week where the waste was so low you couldnt fit the most shallow trap on the market...cut a hole in the floor to accomodate...products put together by "designers" who know nothing about fitting ends up costing us guys time and money...the worst place i have come across so far though is Tecaz...

hi first reply on here, i 've been using a local bathstore for 4 years and there stuff is in the main ok, although the wonky pan syndrome has apeared once or twice a quick call usually gets it replaced... the shower valves are made by crosswater and the spares for them (cartridges etc ) easy to get...
