Hello

The hot water from my boiler is running luke warm despite being set to hot.It goes from hot to luke warm.I changed the diaphram put the problem is still there.
Any ideas.

:welcome: billydwarf to this place of boiler knowledge 🙂 lol

After replacing the diaphragm what are your thoughts? ... Does the heating work okay? How hot is the water getting on maximum, does the burner stay on all the time or shut off and then on? Soz for the questions but they'll help us help you

Hello ,thanks for the reply.
No difference to the water temp since diaphram replaced.
The heating is working fine, the burner is on all the time with the water.
The water reaches between 45 degree max, down to 30 degree with the boiler temp turned to full ( max ) temp.
Hope that helps a bit.
Regards

Most likely suspect would be the hot water sensor... you can check the resistances on them to see if its ok... If not sensor then plate heatex as mentioned.... If you slow the hot water flow down does the water get any hotter?

have you tried measuring hot and cold water temps at correct flow rate of boiler? then you can see if boiler is doing what it should. mains water coming in is getting colder 🙂
