Hi,
I have a problem with the ho water on a baxi 105. The central heating works fine but the hot water is only lukewarm. After running the heating for a while the water starts to come through the taps hot for a short while. The pressure is also dropping and requires topping up every other day or so. The pins are moving both micrsowitches so i dont think the diagrpham is split. Is this correct and can anyone offer advice.
Thanks

Ok, its a friends boiler so not at the house at the moment. If the flow pipes are getting hot on hot water only what will point towards? Thanks

Dirt in the divertor. Take the HW manifold off, then unscrew the front of the divertor. The pin will probably be dirty, therefore not closing off the CH port properly. I had a post a while back on here with the same problem. Someone (Puddle I think) put on a few photos of the manifold and divertor stripped down, see if you can find it, it helped me out a lot

Yeah thought so. expansion vessel is at right pressure, no drips from PRV and no sign of a leak anywhere. Hate doing jobs for mates. Anyway cheers for your help mate
