dean.

I changed dhw heat exchanger on a 105e yesterday, after filling the system the hot water works fine but on central heating it lights up, heats from 30 to 80 degrees in 0ne minute then cuts out. The pumps working fine i have checked return fillter, the flow pipe gets roasting a few rads heat but returns cool. Dont know what else to look for.

Just about to type that, not that I've ever done that mind...cough cough.

Yea i had them closed, are they known to stick
they can stick if theres crud in the system sounds to me as if the return iso has snapped however try removing the black plastic lever and turning with a grips first

Thanks ill cheak for that tomorrow, i hope it is as simple as the black lever just spining. Lol

I think you,ll find you found the fault, ive had the same problem and thats all it was
