baxi 150e combi boiler

when i turn boiler on it goes through the motions gets to 80 degrees and switchs off,and i think a orange light comes on,it does this in both central heating and hot water only mode,the pump feels quite hot, it seems as if no water is getting to heat exchanger and over heat thermostat trips am i mile off please help

its a baxi 105e? would not run at all if the pump fails but what is water pressure like?

water pressure ok ,i filled as normal.
