Baxi 80HE problem

does anyone know why most of the rads dont work and the boiler is only running on low flame could it be the pump is faulty or is the pump controlled by a pcb thanks for any help

could be the pump,but have you checked the basics,low water [it will be noisy being a 80he] air in rads,valves[on bottom of boiler] turned off
