Baxi combi 130 HE problem

My customer have a large heating system with a small boiler. He left the system switched off over couple of night and some ice formed in the pipes. Can the "ice plugs" in the c/h pipe can make the C/H Anti Cycle (code 26 on the boiler) to come on?

God I hate these boilers. Half my week is spent on these things! 26 stays on when there is a restriction in the pipework and the pump cannot circulate properly. So your theory is plausible. Give it a try. If not, try the filter on the return inlet.
