Live in three floor house. Got hot water on top floor but have to put all taps on to get hot water on second floor but cant get any hot water on ground floor unless we have some of the taps running on the upper floors. Any help please.

is the boiler on top floor with long runs to ground, meaning it takes an age for hw to flow out of furthest tap

It is on the top floor but we have never had any trouble and never felt it took a long time but got no hot water at all on ground floor and taking an age on middle floor.

well if you keep turning on upper floor taps then you wont get water on lower floor as it is only a combi boiler that will only supply one tap at a time!

It sounds like a problem with a cheap changeable part in the boiler. But would need a qualified person to do it. Gasman probably carries these in bulk on his van
