Hello all,
Before we start. .... hope you all have a happy crimbo and all that.
Anyway,
I have a Baxi duo tec 28 he and the return isolation valve on CH is leaking at the union between the filling loop which is integral not a hose type affair. It is leaking at the nut which secures the copper bend to the actual valve.
Are washer/seals availible to replace or do you need to replace the whole valve.
I cant find just seals so bought a replacement valve with a plan to replace just the seals, but this is a different valve as it is much thicker bodied if you know what I mean. The original is thin by comparison but it looks like it will fit.
My question is.... If you cant buy just a sral/washer, how do you remove the nut which is at the top which is impossible to get at to turn because of all the other pipes.
A seal/washer would remove my need to replace this valve so any help or advice on how to change would be a great help.

Thanks guys and girls....

Sometimes the magic isn't knowing what to do but how to do it.

A lot of the time it looks impossible but you struggle on.

It will ve awkward, and whatever you do don't impact the gas side.
