Baxi He combi no hot water but radistors working..

Just had the Spark electrodes replaced due to Error code E133. the whole system worked for a day and then the Hot water goes ,with the ignition indicator intermittently going on and off, but radiators working ok. Now the system is showing E133 again and the whole system is not working, again?
