Hi guys I was reading this manual the other day and have spent the best part of an hour searching for it again. Anyone got a link to a PDF. I need the manual to shove up someone's arse!

No a service engineer who charged my mate a lot of money and he put his analyser on and ****ed off. He didn't even gas rate it. Considering these guys specialise in potterton/ Baxi products he didn't do a 10th of the work required to service it. Considering this appliance hasn't been touched in 11 years it's very evident he didn't do anything to it as not a speck of dust has been disturbed. Then to cover his bum he ' at risked' it as he couldn't see the entire flue. I advised my mate where to cut hatches and I could see the flue fine. He may of needed to move a little insulation. But that's a nice excuse to palm the responsibility onto another engineer.

Never mind telling your mate to cut hatches, tell him to get someone in to rip that heap out!
