Biasi boiler 24s not firing up

we had a problem with the water alternating between warm and cold - we researched and came to the conclusion that the dhw heat exchanger was getting blocked. We took off and cleaned and replaced. No leaking but since putting back together boiler will not fire up at all! the green light is on and the red button isnt lit and the safety valve isnt sticking out - Any ideas
There is a wire to a white box with a 3 amp fuse in it which is working as affects the green light on the boiler . There is another white box and on removing the cover is a panel with an on off switch - Any ideas / help would be appreciated - Colin

ps on off white box has two plastic bits that light up - right one is lit red

Thanks for replying - mysteriously it has started working again - just needed the system to sit awhile with the water flowing through system
