Went out to this one.

Found heating running on all the time if off on programmer and room stat.

disconnected external controls and unplugged integral time clock. Still running on heating.

checked NTC resistance, found okay.

pressumed pcb was faulty, replaced, still the same.

anyone got any ideas?

It switches over for hot water okay.

b4 I ordered pcb I asked Biasi tech if the motorised head can cause it but apparently it can't.

i removed it and checked for a leak from the diverter below it in any case but looked okay.

Ahh yeah I didn't even think of that I'm pretty sure they do!

mabey the micro switch is causing the fault.

thanks for that I'll check it when I go back.

Plastic motorised head and brass body.

when I went there it wasn't bypassing just constantly running. My mate went back today and replaced the motorised head and thermistors (even though resistance was okay I didn't want a call back) he said the diverter is bypassing but doesn't seem to be constantly running now.
im getting him to go back with the body tomorrow as I don't ever replace the innards.
