serviced above boiler flue terminal disintegrated ,poss because of uv or condensate has anyone had this and should/will biasi provide a new one or do I just buy one if their available

to answer my own post phoned biasi I said the white flue terminal is as brittle as 1000 year old parchment and he said oh the flue terminal is black I will give you the correct part no, looked it up and its white so the answer is its a piece of tat which falls apart if you touch it
