Blockage

Had a blockage in flow and return of the heating, had it power flushed, sorted the problem, now no hot water, it has had high pressure put through it, the blockage now seems to be in the hot water loop and won't budge. Unable to get any flow whatsoever on the flow and return. Any suggestions?

Balance valve closed for powerflush?

if its has a balance valve it needs to be open when flushing
