Boiler aav after initial filling.

Do people tend to shut the aavs on boilers after initial filling and running for abit. Unless at the highest point of the system unlikely to grab air? They just seem to be a pain for leaking after awhile. Thanks

I leave them open unless they are leaking
Usually system water causes leaks
