now i think your not supposed to run it into one because it will harm the system dynamics (bacteria) but the question is would you be able to run it into a septic tank if you use a Condensate Neutralizer ?? but my only worrie is it will require servicing every year (but what happens if its not)

many thanks for any advice

dig a hole and fill it with lime chippings and run it into that.

that maybe an option but only have about 10" to work with outside as its close to edge of property so would like to keep it inside if possible

Once you've run it through a neutraliser you can run it pretty much anywhere.

just make a note to them re annual serv ice of neutralizer or their septic tank will die!
