It's not necessary 'illegal' to pass through a wall but a lot depends on how, why, to and from what, as well as other things.

Thanks.That’s normal the end piece can be turned and locked it’s to allow the plume not to be a nuisance any rainwater just flows back down and out with the condensate
Thanks. The flue is well above 6 foot.How high is it off the ground if it’s below 6 foot should have a terminal guard
