Boiler loosing pressure

Hi. Just thought i would ask the forum before i get in a gas engineer. My combi keeps its pressure when CH is on, but looses pressure when there is demand on the hot water supply. I'm guessing that it is an internal seal ,but obviously not sure.
Any ideas? cheers
