I have a baxi 105e thats losing pressure rapid this started a few weeks ago when i was taking a rad off to decorate, i was advised to flick the prv and this worked for about a week then all of a sudden the pump started screaming its t**s off again so i tried to fill it up and it sounds like its coming straight back out via the plastic pipe going to outside (overflow i presume) does anybody know what its likely to be, and could i repair it myself if not how much am i looking at, by the way fantastic forum 🙂.

sounds like u have shifted some sludge in system, causing a blockage of sorts. this is causing the over pump .common problem when lads take out rads like u have done. it is generally sludge or air locks. flush system and re balance rads .best of luck
