Boiler problem!

Combi condenser gas fed Worcester boiler greenstar 25si/30si. Reset button flashing along with mains indicator ! No heating or hot water! When reset makes really loud fire up noise! No demand for hot water showing on fire up screen! Any help?

Cheers it was condensate pipe frozen! If that freezes will it always stop workin?
