Hello,

As a new qualified gas engineer I was looking to undertake a boiler breakdown and fault- finding course, I’ve been to the Vaillant and Worcester training but they only covered a small amount of fault finding and we only tested the new boilers.

Does any recommend any training centres in and around the London area?

to be honest i been on a few and the worcester 2 day acreditation course was one of the best, few tips and tricks for fault finding and the lad that ran the course, young lad with blonde hair, well all i can say is he is a SUPER BRAIN. one of them people that is ultra clever! good course

This doesn't really help, but I don't think any of the boiler companies do a specific fault finding course, just on new products etc...

I have been looking for the same thing. Apparently the potterton course is a good one. But my boss did it years ago. I have emailed them the course looks rather generic. Going to call them to find out what it involves. I think they cover resistance testing.
