Brittony 11 t water heater

Hi, my family and I have used the above heater from new when we moved into the house 20 years. But for the past few months the water doesn't heat hot enough to do the washing up ( we put the kettle on ) and not really hot when showering. Someone said its because the water is so cold in the ground. But even on mild days it still doesn't get hot. Judt wondered if anyone had any ideas please ?

You will require to get a gsr plumber in to check gas coming on full rate,due to ware and tear it probably is not being let through completely to burner thus low fame insufficient to heat water

A good full service should hopefully correct the situation

A very good water heater.
It probably just needs a new diaphragm.

Agree, but a 2t still working after 20 years.
I wonder why whoever owns Chaff discontinued it...
