Bungalow Waste system

I've been asked to install a bathroom. There is an open soil pipe in the corner of the proposed bathroom. Two wastes from the other bathroom have been run into the open soil pipe. Theres no soil stack. She wants a loo a basin and a shower to run into the soil pipe as well as the basin and bath from the other bathroom. I'm not sure whether I can add a tee and connect the w.c. to it and the shower waste and the other wastes and extend a piece of pipe and put an AAV on the top. Would this work? Theres no stack system for the bungalow. Just this piece of soil pipe sticking out the floor with the wastes in the top of it.

need to make sure the soil pipe in going to a manhole and not for the storm water ,plus would say need some kind of vent off it
