Can I replace Honeywell cm921 with a cm61

My old wireless thermostat cm921 is losing part of the screen could anyone tell me if a cm 61 would be a direct replacement and I would just need to bind it to my existing receiver. I know it’s an old thermostat but it’s working and it’s free.

I suspect you will need to change the receiver unit by the boiler too

In which case it might work!
If on the other hand it is a BDR91 it's possible it might pair, but it might or might not fully function
There doesn't seem to be a reliable answer to this, and I don't have any personal experience of this combination!

PS there is a guy providing a repair service for the screens on eBay for £17 something, but I guess you won't want to send it away!
